Delivery of ordered goods is done through Postnord or Budbee via the different options you see below.
Jollyroom does not deliver to Åland.
Varubrev
Delivery to your mailbox – Postnord (49 SEK)
For smaller shipments of single products, or with a total weight of less than 2 kg, the Varubrev is delivered directly to your mailbox. If the shipment is too large for your mailbox, it will be left outside your door or left at the mailbox in a bag. You do not need to be home to receive your delivery, as it will be delivered without a receipt.
Please note that delivery responsibility ends when the shipment is left in a mailbox or outside the door.
If you do not want your goods to be delivered to your door or in a bag by the mailbox, you should choose one of our other offered delivery methods, such as delivery to a drop-off point or home delivery with receipt.
Jollyroom offers free shipping with a delivery note when you order goods for SEK 1000 or more.
Postal parcel
Delivery to collection point – Postnord (69 SEK)
The shipment arrives at your nearest Postnord agent, e.g. a nearby grocery store. An SMS notification is sent with information about where you can pick up your package. The package must be picked up within 7 days to prevent it from being returned to us.
Jollyroom offers free shipping by postal parcel to the delivery point when you order goods for 1000 SEK or more.
Parcel box
Delivery to parcel box – Postnord (69 SEK)
The shipment is delivered to any Parcel box near you. If the package cannot be delivered to the selected box, it will be sent to the nearest agent. An SMS notification will be sent with information about where you can pick up your package. The package must be picked up within 7 days to prevent it from being returned to us.
Home delivery
Home delivery – Postnord (99 SEK)
Packages weighing less than 20 kg will be delivered to your mailbox or to your front door on weekdays, excluding holidays. Please note that packages with an order value of over 1000 SEK must be signed for, regardless of the weight of the package. This means that you must be available to receive and sign for the delivery. Packages with an order value of less than 1000 SEK will be sent without a receipt.
Postnord will contact you to book delivery. In most locations you can choose either day or evening delivery, but in some locations you can only choose one of the options. To ensure delivery day and time for receiving the delivery, visit Postnord's app or contact them by phone at 0771-33 33 10.

Home delivery Heavy Package – Postnord (199 SEK)
Packages weighing more than 20 kg will be delivered to your property line or at the gate. Please note that packages with an order value of more than 1000 SEK must be acknowledged, regardless of the weight of the package. This means that you must be available to receive and sign for the delivery. Packages with an order value of less than 1000 SEK will be sent without an acknowledgement.
Postnord will contact you to book delivery. In most locations you can choose either day or evening delivery, but in some locations you can only choose one of the options. To ensure delivery day and time for receiving the delivery, visit Postnord's app or contact them by phone at 0771-33 33 10.
Delivery to your front door – Budbee (99 SEK)
Delivery takes place to your front door on weekdays between 5-10 pm. In Gothenburg, Malmö and Stockholm, deliveries also take place on Sundays between 4-10 pm. A notification with a tracking link where you can follow the shipment is sent via email or SMS. Budbee home delivery is only available in certain locations. You can see at checkout whether Budbee delivers to your home. If you are not at home, Budbee will leave your delivery outside your front door. After this, responsibility for the delivery passes to you as the customer.
Pallet shipping
Delivery to your plot – Postnord (from 599 SEK)
Delivery takes place to your plot boundary if you live in a villa and to the gate if you live in an apartment. Orders that exceed 31.5 kg or that have a circumference greater than 300 cm cannot be delivered to Postnord's delivery point but will be delivered to your home, for a shipping cost. Depending on which zone you live in, the cost varies. The table below shows the price of delivery depending on the zone and the weight of the package.
Postnord will contact you to book an appointment for such delivery. In most places you can choose either day or evening delivery, but in some places you can only choose one of the options. To check what applies where you live, contact Postnord on 0771-33 33 10.

Important information about home delivery without a receipt
Please note that when you choose the shipping option without a receipt, you agree that responsibility for the delivery passes to you when the package has been left outside your front door. Home delivery without a receipt applies to villas, houses, or apartment gates where the courier with a gate code can enter the stairwell himself and leave the package. If it is not possible to enter via the apartment gate, you as a customer agree that the package will be left outside the apartment gate.
Showroom
Delivery to our showroom (19 SEK)
You collect your order yourself from our showroom in Gothenburg. An SMS notification is sent with information about when you can collect your package. The package must be collected within 7 days to prevent it from being returned to us. The possibility of delivery via showroom is only selectable in certain locations. You can see at checkout whether delivery via showroom is possible when ordering from your postal code. Express handling
Delivery to collection point – Postnord (99 SEK)
Express handling means that we are extra quick to handle and send your package from our warehouse.
Southern Sweden , postal code 10000-81999: Order before 12:00 on a weekday and receive delivery the next weekday. For residents in odd locations and Gotland, delivery takes place within approximately 2 weekdays.
Northern Sweden , postal code 82000-99999: Order before 12:00 on a weekday and receive delivery within approximately 2 weekdays.
Delivery directly from supplier
Some of our products are shipped directly from the supplier's warehouse instead of our own. When you purchase a product that is shipped from the supplier's warehouse, you will receive an order confirmation from Jollyroom and a delivery confirmation with a tracking link from the supplier. If you need to return or complain about your product that has been shipped from the supplier's warehouse, please contact the supplier for further assistance.
Goods shipped directly from our suppliers' warehouses are delivered with DPD. DPD delivers up to the Danish border and then hands over responsibility to PostNord for continued delivery to your home. We always strive to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery for you.
